Withdrawal and refunds

1. Failed generations: automatic refund

If a video, prompt improvement or editor export fails, the debited credits are automatically returned to your account, with no action needed on your part.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase (credit pack or subscription), without giving a reason.

Because you asked to use the service immediately, the part already provided remains payable (article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code):

• Credit pack: refund in proportion to the unused credits of the pack. Example: 150-credit pack at €19.99, 50 credits used → €13.33 refunded and the remaining 100 credits removed. If all the pack's credits have been used, the service has been fully provided and withdrawal is no longer possible (article L221-28, 1°).
• Subscription: refund in proportion to the days remaining in the current month, and the subscription ends immediately.
• Free credits (sign-up, referrals) are not refundable.

How: send a clear statement (for example the form below) to hugomariepro@gmail.com or by post to 6 allée des Bleuets, 35133 Saint-Germain-en-Coglès, France, before the 14-day period ends. We acknowledge receipt by email and refund you within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method, free of charge.

4. Cancelling the subscription

Cancel at any time in a few clicks with the “Cancel my subscription” button on the Publishing page. It takes effect at the end of the month already paid, without a refund for that month (except for withdrawal within 14 days of subscribing).
